Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Items returned without original packaging
